Be their lifeline
The role
We believe in working together with parents to provide information that empowers them to be more actively involved in looking after their premature babies.
You’ll be working at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital or St Mary’s Hospital in London, where we’ve become the first neonatal intensive care unit in the UK to develop and implement the pioneering Integrated Family-Delivered Neonatal Care model.
You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team and be given the support and training you need to professionally develop. In return, we need you to be a confident, committed and a highly skilled team player who knows how to put babies and their families first during this important time.
